Renée Strauss for the Bride assigns a stylist to each and every bride with an appointment. This stylist will take a few minutes to understand your personal style and the look you are trying to create for your special wedding day. If what may suit you best is not on the floor and in a dressing room being tried on by another bride, your stylist will know this and will seek those dresses out for you. On your own without help, you could easily walk through the salon and not find what you are looking for, never realizing it could be behind a closed door, and lose out on the Renée Strauss experience. You are entitled to excellent service and we want to provide you with just that.

We shop the world for you
Renée Strauss shops the world to bring you the best selection of designer wedding gowns. You will find exquisite gowns from a very select group of North American designers, top European designer collections exclusive to Renée Strauss and year-round sale gowns in our Back-Room. Separate appointments for Back-Room merchandise are required. Back Room dresses are not shown during Trunk Shows.

Trunk Shows
To enhance your shopping experience further, at various times throughout the year we invite designers from around the world to join us in consulting with you one-on-one during a three day TRUNK SHOW EVENT in our bridal salon. During these TRUNK SHOWS you will have the opportunity of selecting from the designer's entire collection. Cake-tastings are offered and refreshments are served. Photographs
Renée Strauss does not permit photography prior to the purchase of your gown. After you purchase your gown, you are welcome to take as many pictures as you like.

Last Minute Weddings Renée Strauss is delighted to offer original designer collection pieces directly out of inventory for immediate purchase. These are not stock samples. Rather, exclusive off the runway dresses only available at Renée Strauss, in North America.

Lead Time for Order Processing
Typically, designers require six to nine months to produce a special order wedding gown. Arrangements can be made to fulfill your order in as little as six weeks, if required. Additional charges will apply. Renée Strauss is considered a Platinum Account by the manufacturers and designers we work with. We are as high a priority to them as you are to us. We will work hard for you. Never hesitate to give us a call and ask about rush orders. There are times when the exact dress you want will be on the current cutting schedule of a designer and they can easily add another dress on. We try never to say "no". We prefer to say, "No Problem"!

Deposits
A sixty-percent deposit is required to begin the order process of your special order wedding gown. The remaining balance is due within ten days of your merchandise arriving into our warehouse. Out-of-Stock and European merchandise is handled differently. Your stylist will explain this further to you at the time you make your purchase. Back Room purchases are a final sale and must be paid in full and taken from the store the same day. In most cases, the dress may be brought back for alterations.

Exclusively for brides that purchase their gowns from Renée Strauss:
Special evenings several times a season are arranged for our brides to enjoy complimentary hair and make-up makeovers by top hair and make-up stylists in Beverly Hills. These evenings are private and by invitation only. Brides are welcome to bring their mothers and mother-in-laws and even their bridesmaids to these events. The bride will be given the priority appointment. Cake tastings and refreshments are served. Fiancés are welcome.
